Just read your recent blog about getting back to painting after some period. So happy you have resumed painting. Without being overly intrusive, I hope the break may have been a minor "writer's block" and not any serious problem. I love your work ever since I took your workshop in Palos Verdes in 2011. Also found your book very helpful. I love the luminosity and the quiet serene beauty in your landscape paintings. May I ask you a question? When moving from a field study to a larger painting, how do you go about enlarging the dimensions while keeping the overall proportions?
